I used Brello Health for some lab testing and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Booking was simple, and I really appreciated not having to make a bunch of phone calls to get everything set up. The results took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall it was a convenient and positive experience.

I really liked that it didn’t feel like some copy-and-paste plan. They asked about my routine, my meds, and what I could realistically stick with, then built things around that, which I appreciated.
I had a couple of questions afterward, and got clear answers without feeling rushed. It’s still early for me, but so far, it feels personal, thoughtful, and easy to follow.

I mostly use Brello Health to book stuff and check for updates, and it’s been smooth. The site usually loads fast, and I haven’t really had any trouble logging in. There was one time where the page froze right after I submitted a form, which was a little annoying, but when I refreshed it, everything had saved anyway. So yeah, not perfect, but reliable overall.

I’d say this is worth using if your experience lines up with mine. The privacy info was easy enough to understand, the login security felt solid, and I didn’t get any weird or pushy vibes. Brellohealth was fine in the beginning, but then I kept getting bounced around to different providers and it drove me absolutely crazy. Every appointment felt like hitting reset on my whole life story because I had to explain my history all over again. It really made me feel like nobody actually knew what was going on with my case. Booking appointments was easy, so I’ll give them that, but in healthcare, having someone who actually sticks with you matters so much. I just wish they made it way easier to stay with the same provider instead of feeling like I was being passed around...

My prescription did eventually get filled, so that part was fine, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. I felt like I was basically forced to be patient, which isn’t exactly ideal when you’re waiting on medication. Support was okay, but not especially quick. Overall, it worked out, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother

The site itself was easy to use, so that part met my expectations. Where it fell short for me was the side effect guidance. I was expecting more detail about what’s normal and when to be concerned, but it felt a little too basic once I actually started. I ended up having questions and didn’t feel totally sure about things. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as reassuring or helpful as I expected

"Pretty smooth experience overall"
I ordered my meds from brellohealth the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. I’ve ordered from other sites before where shipping took forever, so this was a nice change. They sent updates along the way and everything showed up within a few days. The packaging was fine too. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the tracking didn’t update right away, so I was a little unsure at first. Other than that, it was a good experience
